Notice Regarding Absorption-Type Corporate Split

We hereby announce that, with an effective date of February 1, 2018, our renewable energy business, including the solar power generation business (including solar panel and storage battery sales; hereinafter referred to as "the Business"), has been transferred to Tokuya Kinjiemon Co., Ltd., a company specializing in the Business, through an absorption-type company split.

Detailed information will be sent by mail to all existing contract holders and business partners. Please refer to that correspondence for future contact information.

Please note that certain claims and obligations related to the Business that involve a high degree of dispute will not be subject to the transfer and will continue to be handled by our company.
